Indiana Statutes § 3-12-4-7 Counties over 300,000; providing of assembly room
Statute Text
In each county having a population of more than three hundred thousand (300,000), the county executive shall, upon the written request and order of the judge of the circuit court of the county and at least ten (10) days before the election, provide a suitable assembly room for the county election board other than a room in the courthouse.
