Indiana Statutes § 3-12-8-18 Hearing; circuit court clerk to certify determination
Statute Text
A circuit court clerk shall certify the determination made concerning the election contest under section 17 of this chapter to the:
(1)
county election board;
(2)
election division, if the contest concerned an office for which a declaration of candidacy must be filed with the election division under IC
3-8-2
; and
(3)
governor, if the contest concerned an office commissioned by the governor under IC
4-3-1-5
.
