Indiana Statutes § 3-14-2-14 Precinct officer or public official allowing ineligible voters or unauthorized procedure
Statute Text
A precinct election officer or public official upon whom a duty is imposed by this title who knowingly:
(1)
allows a person to vote who is not entitled to vote; or
(2)
allows a person to vote by use of an unauthorized procedure;
commits a Level 6 felony.
