Indiana Statutes § 3-14-2-17 Marking ballot to indicate to another person how voter has voted
Statute Text
A voter at an election who knowingly writes or places on a ballot a name, sign, or device as a distinguishing mark by which to indicate to any other person how the voter has voted commits a Level 6 felony.
