Indiana Statutes § 3-14-2-20 Deceptive registration of vote
Statute Text
A person who knowingly:
(1)
deceives a voter in registering the voter's vote under IC
3-11-8
; or
(2)
registers a voter's vote in a way other than as requested by the voter;
commits a Level 6 felony.
