Indiana Statutes § 3-14-2-22 False representation of ballot to non-English speaking voter
Statute Text
A person who knowingly furnishes a voter who cannot read the English language with a ballot at an election that the person represents to the voter as containing a name different from the one printed or written on it commits a Level 6 felony.
