Indiana Statutes § 3-14-2-8 Return of names of ineligible, fictitious, or deceased persons by poll taker
Statute Text
A poll taker who knowingly returns:
(1)
the name of a person who is not entitled to vote in the precinct for which the poll is taken at the next election;
(2)
a fictitious name; or
(3)
the name of a dead person;
commits a Class A misdemeanor.
