Indiana Statutes § 3-14-3-3 Interference with watcher's duties
Statute Text
A person who knowingly:
(1)
interferes with a watcher;
(2)
prevents a watcher from performing the watcher's duties;
(3)
otherwise violates:
(A)

(C)
IC
3-6-8-5
;
(D)
IC
3-6-8-6
;
(E)
IC
3-6-9
; or
(F)
IC
3-6-10
; or
(4)
violates IC
3-11-13-44
(d)
;
commits a Level 6 felony.
