Indiana Statutes § 3-5-10-8 Redistricting not required; certification

Up to Chapter 10: Drawing Election Districts for Localand School Board Offices

Statute Text

A redistricting authority is not required to redistrict if the applicable statute provides that the redistricting authority may certify that the existing districts continue to satisfy all the requirements of the applicable statute and other applicable law.
