Indiana Statutes § 3-5-2-16.2 "County voter registration office"
Statute Text
"County voter registration office" means the following:
(1)
A board of registration established under IC
3-7-12
.
(2)
A board of elections and registration.
(3)
The office of the circuit court clerk, in a county in which a board has not been established under subdivision (1) or (2).
