Indiana Statutes § 3-5-2-2 "Automatic tabulating machine"
Statute Text
"Automatic tabulating machine" means:
(1)
apparatus necessary to automatically count votes cast on a voting system; and
(2)
data processing machines that can be used for counting ballots and tabulating results.
