Indiana Statutes § 3-5-2-34 "Organization"
Statute Text
"Organization" means a person that is not an individual. The term includes a business firm or corporation, a limited liability company, a labor organization, a religious organization, a political club, a trustee, a receiver, or any other type of association or group of individuals.
