Indiana Statutes § 3-5-2-48.5 "Testing authority"
Statute Text
"Testing authority" means an independent test authority or independent laboratory:
(1)
as described in the Voting System Standards issued by the Federal Election Commission on April 30, 2002; or
(2)
accredited under Section 231 of HAVA (
52 U.S.C.
20971
).
