Indiana Statutes § 3-5-2-49.7 "Unknown or insufficient address"

"Unknown or insufficient address" refers to an address on a mailing returned by the United States Postal Service with one (1) or more of substantially the following statements made on the mailing by the United States Postal Service or a person residing at the address to which the mailing was sent:
(1) Attempted-Not Known.
(2) Box Closed.
(3) Deceased.
(4) Forwarding time expired.
(5) Insufficient Address.
(6) Left No Address.
(7) Moved.
(8) No such number.
(9) No such office in state.
(10) No such street.
(11) Not deliverable as addressed.
(12) Refused.
(13) Returned for better address.
(14) Returned to sender.
(15) Unable to forward.
(16) Unclaimed.
(17) Undeliverable as addressed.
(18) Vacant.
