Indiana Statutes § 3-5-6-5 Substantial variations in addresses

Up to Chapter 6: Standards for Certifying Documents Signed by Registered Voters

Statute Text

Notwithstanding sections 3 and 4 of this chapter, if the residence address or mailing address of an individual contains a substantial variation from the residence address or mailing address of a registered voter as set forth in the records of the county voter registration office, the signature is invalid and may not be certified.
