Indiana Statutes § 3-6-12-2 "Petition carrier"
Statute Text
As used in this chapter, "petition carrier" refers to an individual who circulates a petition that is required to place a candidate or a public question on the ballot. The term includes a candidate circulating a petition for the candidate's placement on the ballot.
