Indiana Statutes § 3-6-5.6-1.1 Transition from county election board to board of elections and registration; expiration

Up to Chapter 5.6: Porter County Board of Elections and Registration

Statute Text

(a) On July 1, 2019, the county election board is abolished and all of its functions, powers, and duties are transferred to the board established by section 3 of this chapter.
(b) On July 1, 2019, the records, property, and appropriations of the county election board are transferred to the board established by section 3 of this chapter.
(c) This section expires July 1, 2024.
