Indiana Statutes § 3-6-5.6-1.1 Transition from county election board to board of elections and registration; expiration

(a)
On July 1, 2019, the county election board is abolished and all of its functions, powers, and duties are transferred to the board established by section 3 of this chapter.
(b)
On July 1, 2019, the records, property, and appropriations of the county election board are transferred to the board established by section 3 of this chapter.
(c)
This section expires July 1, 2024.
