⤴ Up to Chapter 5.9: Appointment of Members of County Election Boards and Boards of Elections and Registration

Statute Text

(a) This chapter applies only to an appointed member of a board.
(b) This chapter does not apply to a member of a board who serves on the board by virtue of the office the individual holds.
