Indiana Statutes § 3-7-12-40 Right to file written notice with NVRA official
Statute Text
(a)
A person who files a written notice of violation with the circuit court clerk under section 30 of this chapter retains the right to file a written notice of alleged violation with the NVRA official.
(b)
If the clerk or county election board is notified that the person has filed a notice of violation with the NVRA official prior to the conclusion of the county hearings, the clerk or county election board shall dismiss the county proceeding.
