Indiana Statutes § 3-7-14-4 Application for driver's license or other identification as voter registration application
Statute Text
An application to obtain or renew a motor vehicle driver's license, permit, or identification card serves as an application for voter registration:
(1)
under this article; and
(2)
as provided in
52 U.S.C.
20504
(a)(1)
;
unless the applicant fails to sign the voter registration application.
