Indiana Statutes § 3-7-16-29 Methods of transmittal of voter registration applications or declinations
Statute Text
A designated individual may use any of the following methods to transmit voter registration applications or declinations under section 27 or 28 of this chapter:
(1)
Hand delivery to the circuit court clerk or board of registration.
(2)
Delivery by the United States Postal Service, using first class mail.
(3)
Electronic transfer, after approval by the commission.
