Indiana Statutes § 3-7-24-16 Processing of forms by distribution sites not required
Statute Text
An office with a distribution site for registration forms under this chapter is not required to do the following:
(1)
Accept registration forms when completed.
(2)
Mail or deliver the forms to a circuit court clerk or board of registration.
