Indiana Statutes § 3-7-27-18 Cancellation; entry into record
Statute Text
When a registration is canceled for any reason prescribed in this chapter, the circuit court clerk or board of registration shall have a proper entry made on the voter registration record indicating the date and the cause for cancellation. The person who canceled the affidavits or forms shall also sign the affidavits or forms.
