Indiana Statutes § 3-7-28-12 Deceased persons; notice
Statute Text
(a)
Each county voter registration office shall send a list of the deceased persons whose registrations have been canceled to the following upon request:
(1)
The county chairman of each major political party of the county.
(2)
The chairman of the following:
(A)
A bona fide political party of the county.
(B)
An independent candidate's committee, if the candidate is on the ballot for the next election to be conducted in the county.
(b)
A request filed under this section may state that the list is to include only cancellations made by the county voter registration office within a period specified in the request.
