Indiana Statutes § 3-7-28-6 Bona fide political parties; procedures to qualify

To qualify as a bona fide political party under section 5 of this chapter, a political party must file a certification with the clerk of the circuit court of the county that the political party is a bona fide political party together with verifiable factual representations to support the certification.
