Indiana Statutes § 3-7-34-13 Forms received after preparation of list or download to electronic poll books
Statute Text
(a)
If a registration form complies with section 9(c) of this chapter and is received after the certified list has been prepared under IC
3-7-29
or the information required to be available on an electronic poll list has been downloaded onto an electronic poll book for use on election day, the county voter registration office shall:
(1)
process the form in accordance with IC
3-7-33-5
; and
(2)
if the registration application is approved, issue a certificate of error under IC
3-7-48
.
(b)
If a registration form does not comply with section 9(c) of this chapter, the county voter registration office shall process the form in accordance with IC
3-7-13-12
.
