Indiana Statutes § 3-7-35-3.1 Generation of jury lists
Statute Text
The county voter registration office shall generate information to be used in the compilation of a jury list that does not include the name of a voter unless the voter will be at least eighteen (18) years of age when the jury is empaneled.
