Indiana Statutes § 3-7-39-2 Change of address within same county

Up to Chapter 39: Address Changes by Voter on Registration Records

Statute Text

A voter may change the residence address on the voter's registration to an address within the same county at any time during the registration period prescribed in this article. The circuit court clerk or board of registration shall receive and execute transfers during regular office hours.
