Indiana Statutes § 3-7-39-4 Receipt and placement of change of address forms

Up to Chapter 39: Address Changes by Voter on Registration Records

Statute Text

Upon receipt of a properly executed change of address form, the circuit court clerk or board of registration shall place the form in the proper precinct registration record and enter the change in any computerized record.
