Indiana Statutes § 3-7-39-9 Change of address at license branch not intended for voter registration purposes

As provided in
52 U.S.C.
20504
(d)
, a voter may indicate on a change of address form submitted at a license branch that the change of address is not intended to be used for voter registration purposes. A circuit court clerk or board of registration may not change an address on a voter registration record if the change is contrary to the voter's instructions under this section.
