Indiana Statutes § 3-7-40-3 Duty of local officials to report address changes
Statute Text
The local public officials (or plan commission under IC
36-7-4-405
) responsible for:
(1)
naming or renaming streets;
(2)
numbering or renumbering lots or structures; and
(3)
converting rural route addresses to numbered addresses;
shall report the changes to the county voter registration office not later than the last day of the month following the month in which the change was made.
