Indiana Statutes § 3-7-42-2 Transfer of previous registration records
Statute Text
If the county executive establishes any precincts under IC
3-11-1.5
so that voters who would not otherwise be required to register are transferred to or included within a precinct other than the precinct in which the voters were registered and voted at the last election, the circuit court clerk or board of registration shall transfer the affidavits of registration from the precinct registration record in which the affidavits are filed to the precinct registration record in which the affidavits belong.
