Indiana Statutes § 3-7-43-5 Cancellation of registration; move to another state
Statute Text
(a)
This section applies only to a person who has:
(1)
moved from Indiana to another state; and
(2)
executed an affidavit under IC
3-10-10
.
(b)
Execution by a person of the affidavit under IC
3-10-10
constitutes authorization by the person to cancel the person's registration in the county of the person's former residence.
