Indiana Statutes § 3-8-2-1 Application of chapter

⤴ Up to Chapter 2: Declaration of Candidacy for Federal, State, Legislative, or Local Office in Primary Election

Statute Text

This chapter applies to the following:
(1) Each political party in the state whose nominee received at least ten percent (10%) of the total vote cast for secretary of state at the last election.
(2) Write-in candidates.
