Indiana Statutes § 3-8-2-2 Necessity of declaration of candidacy for nomination at primary election

Statute Text

A person who desires to be nominated at a primary election as a candidate of a political party subject to this chapter for a federal, state, legislative, or local office shall file a declaration of candidacy.
