Indiana Statutes § 3-8-4-8 Voting technique; noncontested offices
Statute Text
Candidates shall be nominated or elected at a state convention by using ballot card systems or electronic voting systems. However, if there is no contest for an office, the nomination or election may be by motion and acclamation.
