Up to Chapter 5: Town Conventions and Major Political Party Nominations in Small Towns

Statute Text

(a) This chapter applies to the nomination of candidates for town offices in each town having a population of less than three thousand five hundred (3,500) that is not located entirely or partially within a county having a consolidated city.
(b) Prison inmates may not be counted in determining population size for purposes of this chapter.
