Indiana Statutes § 3-8-6-13 Special election called by governor; filing of petition

Up to Chapter 6: Nomination by Petition for Independent or Minor Political Party Candidates

Statute Text

In a special election called by the governor, a petition of nomination shall be filed with the circuit court clerk or other public official with whom a petition is required to be filed, at any time after the election is called but no later than noon seventy-four (74) days before the date of the election.
