Indiana Statutes § 3-8-7-13 Candidates to satisfy statutory eligibility requirements
Statute Text
Each candidate nominated by certificate of nomination must satisfy all statutory eligibility requirements for the office for which the candidate is nominated, including filing statements of economic interest.
