Indiana Statutes § 3-8-7-23 Place of name on ballot following election
Statute Text
After the election required by section 21 or 22 of this chapter is made, the election division or the appropriate election board shall place the name of the person on the list of nominees under only the designation as an independent candidate or the political party name and device indicated by the person or by the election division or circuit court clerk.
