Indiana Statutes § 3-9-2-10 Solicitation of funds; notice
Statute Text
An individual, an organization, or a committee shall include in all literature and advertisements soliciting contributions:
(1)
the notice required under IC
3-9-3-2.5
; and
(2)
any notice required under Section 6113 of the Internal Revenue Code (
26 U.S.C.
6113
).
