Indiana Statutes § 3-9-3-1 Application of chapter; certain exception for political party offices

Up to Chapter 3: Campaign Expenses

Statute Text

(a) Except as provided in subsections (b) and (c), this chapter applies to candidates in all elections and caucuses and to the following types of committees:
(1) Candidate's committees.
(2) Regular party committees.
(3) Political action committees.
(4) An auxiliary party organization.
(5) A legislative caucus committee.
(b) Section 4 of this chapter does not apply to candidates for federal office.
(c) Section 2.5 of this chapter does not apply to candidates for the following:
(1) Precinct committeeman.
(2) State convention delegate.
