(a)
A candidate for legislative office and the candidate's committee shall file each report, notice, or other instrument required by this article with the election division.
(b)
The circuit court clerk shall, at the request of any person, furnish the person a copy of a report, notice, or other instrument required by this article for a candidate for a legislative office from electronic records maintained on the secretary of state's or election division's

[site.]
website.
The circuit court clerk shall charge for a copy of records furnished under this subsection as provided in IC
5-14-3
.
