Iowa Regulations § 721-25.28 Final decisions, publication and party notification

(1) Final decision. When the state commissioner of elections or the voter registration commission presides over the reception of evidence at the hearing, the decision is a final decision. The final decision of the presiding officer shall be filed with the state commissioner of elections. A copy of the final decision and order shall immediately be sent by certified mail, return receipt requested, to all parties of record.
(2) Publication of decisions. Final decisions in all complaint proceedings, including consent agreements and consent orders, are public records which shall be indexed and made available for public inspection by the office of the state commissioner of elections as required by Iowa Code section 17A.3(1) "e ." In addition, all final decisions shall be published by posting on the Internet Web site maintained by the office of the state commissioner of elections.
