Iowa Statutes § 49.9 Proper place of voting

Except as provided in section
49.11
, subsection 3, paragraph
"b"
, and as required by the designation of a commissioner pursuant to section
49.21
, subsection 1, a person shall not vote in any precinct but that of the person's residence.
