Kansas Regulations § 7-23-7 Publication of additional places of registration

Whenever county election officers provide additional places of registration during periods when it is anticipated a large number of persons may wish to register as provided by
K.S.A.
25-2313
, a notice shall be published in a newspaper having general circulation within the area, or the officially designated newspaper, at least five days prior to the date such outposts will be open. The notice shall state the location of the outpost and the hours and days such outposts will be open.
