Up to Article 26: Certificates of Nomination and Election

Every certificate of nomination issued by a county election officer shall be in the following form:
CERTIFICATE OF NOMINATION
I, ______, County Election Officer of ______ County, Kansas, do hereby certify that at the Primary Election in said county on the ______ day of ______,
A.D. 20______, ______ received the highest number of votes cast by the ______ party for the office of ______ as appears from the official canvass made by the County Board of Canvassers, at its meeting held on the ______ day of ______, 20___, and is therefore entitled to a place on the official ballot as such candidate of said party at the General Election to be held on ______, 20__.
In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused to be affixed my official seal, this ______ day of ______, A.D. 20__.

The above certificate may be adapted for city and school elections by omitting any reference to party nomination.
