Kansas Regulations § 7-26-2 Certificate of election
Regulation Text
Every certificate of election issued by a county election officer shall be in the following form:
CERTIFICATE OF ELECTION
State of Kansas
County of ______________
I, ________________, County Election Officer of _______________ County, Kansas, do hereby certify that at the General Election held on the _______ day of _________, 20___, ____________________ was duly elected to the office of ___________ as appears from the official canvass by the County Board of Canvassers made on the _______ day of ___________, 20____.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused to be affixed my official seal, this _______ day of __________________, 20 _____.
