Every certificate of election issued by a county election officer shall be in the following form:

CERTIFICATE OF ELECTION

State of Kansas

County of _____

I, ______, County Election Officer of ______ County, Kansas, do hereby certify that at the General Election held on the ______ day of ______, 20______, ______was duly elected to the office of ______ as appears from the official canvass by the County Board of Canvassers made on the ______ day of ______, 20______.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused to be affixed my official seal, this ______ day of ______, A.D. 20______.
