Kansas Regulations § 7-36-6 Advance voting list with voting place

(a)
Each county election officer shall adopt procedures to prevent a voter from casting both an advance voting ballot and a regular ballot at the voter's polling place.
(b)
The procedures shall include, but not be limited to, updating the poll books by adding the names of voters who returned advance voting ballots after the poll books were prepared to the list of names of all advance voting voters from whom advance voting ballots were received by the time the poll books were prepared.
